In the app
Open Account, then tap Delete account. You must be signed in. The app asks you to confirm, then marks your account and all cloud data for deletion, deletes the ledger on that device, and signs you out.
Without the app
If you cannot use the app, email support@quorivell.com from the address of your Quorivell account. Use the subject line Delete my account. Do not send your password. We verify the request, start the same deletion process described below, and confirm by email.
30-day grace period
A deletion request starts a 30-day grace period. Your account and cloud data are marked for deletion immediately. You can restore them by signing in again within 30 days. After a restore, the app shows a welcome-back message and brings your cloud records back onto the device.
Permanent purge
After 30 days, a daily automated job permanently deletes all associated cloud data: your login, Firestore documents under your account (including settings and synced records), and profile photos in Firebase Storage. Because the job runs once a day, data is gone within about one day after the grace period ends. This cannot be undone.
Data that stays on a device
Source conversations and chats are stored on the device and are not uploaded with cloud sync. Deleting your account also clears the ledger on the device you used. You can wipe local records independently at any time: Account -> Delete ledger on this device. That action does not delete your account or cloud copies. Uninstalling the app removes remaining on-device files.
Delete cloud data only
If you want to keep the account, signed-in users can tap Delete all cloud data on the Account screen. Cloud copies are marked deleted and purged after 30 days. You stay signed in, and data on the device is kept.
